Along with many others across our beautiful country (#Portugal), we are 3D printing medical face shields (eye, nose and mouth) to protect our healthcare professionals. Our CTO, @tiagofandrade, has partnered with @plataforma_ciencia_aberta to modify the printing design of these shields, reducing the printing time from 1h40 to 32 minutes per unit.

Yesterday, a dispatch of 40 units were delivered to @municipio_de_foz_coa to be distributed among #doctors, #nurses, health technicians and other institutions, namely @bombeirosdefozcoa and senior housing facilities.
